Manasak Aviation is committed to the health and safety of its employees and customers. We are also committed to meet the standards and requirements of a safety management system as defined in the ICAO Safety Management Manual, Doc 9859 and as required by civil aviation authorities.

  • SMS (Safety Management Systems) 

Introduces an evolutionary process in system safety and safety management. SMS is a structured process that obligates us to manage safety with the same level of priority as other core business processes. Manasik Aviation's SMS implementation strategies will focus on:

  • Process safety culture;
  • Compliance with standards, codes, regulations, and laws;
  • Hazard identification and risk analysis;
  • Asset integrity and reliability;
  • Engage management;
  • Measurement and metrics for safety awareness and as a product.
  • Safety Policy
  1. The basic objective of this Manasik Aviation Policy is a manifestation of the Safety Management System towards operational Safety, and Quality Management in Manasik. The core value of Manasik management pledge to implement, maintain, and improving policies, procedures, and processes, while managing day-to-day operation.
  2. To develop strategies, and design management systems and processes to ensure that all our aviation activities attain and maintain the highest level of Safety Performance and meet Regulatory and Industry “best practices” standards.
  3. Develop and embed a safety culture in all our aviation activities that recognizes the importance and value of effective aviation Safety Management System and acknowledges at all times that safety is paramount.
  4. As the Accountable Executive, I commit:
    1. Employees participation for ensuring the overall performance, implementation and maintenance of Safety and Quality Management System as per organizational requirements.
    2. To provide and allocate necessary financial, infrastructural and competent human resources as well as workspace, equipment, facilities, support services to ensure overall Safety Management System, development of ERP in case of Emergency and Quality services for the best customer experience.
    3. To ensure Safety and compliance risk shall be minimized to aircraft operations, workspace conditions and Aircraft Operator Certificate (AOC), Statuary, regulatory requirements, and company own standards. The same shall be adhered by all Manasik personnel without any prejudice. Safety department shall ensure unbiased actions and shall remain available to facilitate the organization.
    4. Confidential (de identified) and nonpunitive reporting policy shall be practiced. Willful violation, recklessness, gross negligence or deliberate breach of policy and procedure or illegal act, if proven, shall not be tolerated and strict disciplinary action will be taken as per “Just culture” policy, after investigation.
    5. Continual Improvement in the level of operational safety performance/systems to establish, measure and achieve our safety performance against realistic objectives and/or targets (SPIs & SPTs).
    6. To proactive safety risk management, adoption of best industry practices, training program and innovation of strategies for promotion and maintenance of a positive safety culture.
  5. Every employee, service provider, and handling agents are encouraged for immediate reporting of any Safety Hazard/Concern/Issue or human error to concerned manager or Safety department through company reporting procedure, a good timely report shall be rewarded.
  6. It shall be ensured that safety data issues will be reported.
  7. It shall be ensured that in Management Safety Review Committee (MSRC), regular review of risk-based performance indicators, analysis of undesirable operational results and a strict follow up of corrective and preventive action focused on addressing the root cause(s). We shall focus on continual improvement of systems, policies, and procedures.
  8. The organizational lines of responsibility and accountability for the implementation of this Manasik Safety Policy cascades through all levels of the management starting from accountable Executive, Head of departments functional manager, frontline operational employee or with limited scope. This policy extends to all external service providers and handling agents.
  9. This Manasik Safety Policy is a statement of the organization’s fundamental and consistent approach towards safety.
